| ACWR..ex GO Transit, 703 struggles up Bank Hill in Pinehurst and would eventually stall out not 100 yards past where this picture was taken. I thought it was a simple empty ballast consist, but he had 1 cab, 5 empty ballast, 3 loaded chip hoppers, 8 empty propane cars and I lost count of the empty grain hoppers. |
