NCRC crew tie their train down in Oconee, having just arrived from Monroe. NCRC 1020 is ex-UP 1020, exx-UP 2520, rebuilt to GP38-3 by MPI from CSXT GP40 6729, ex-SBD 6729, nee-SCL 1574.
