PC 6036, SD35, 1969         
Here is a postal card that could be entitled "Interlocking at Federal Street Tower." No Postmark. Caption On Reverse: "A pair of ex-Pennsylvania Railroad SD35's swing off the Fort Wayne Viaduct and roll down Number Two Track into the interlocking at Federal Street Tower in September, 1969. Photo by Paul Geiger, courtesy of David P. Oroszi." Shown here are PC engine #6036 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by GM-EMD. #6036 was constructed for the Pennsylvania Railroad in May of 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower.
