Eric Kreszl General Very Sad that these switchers have come to the end of their long Careers on NJ Transit. I Loved These locomotives. 7/26/2006 4:47:04 PM
Brian H General Pardon my french, but why the HELL is NJT getting rid of these. They were recently rebuilt in '02 or '03! 8/4/2006 3:28:04 AM
Brian H General Any other engines NJT is tossing? 8/4/2006 3:32:50 AM
Kevin Wong General The GP40FHs are going first. When the PL42AC order is complete, the 4100-series GP40PH-2s (ex-CNJ) may be next. 8/18/2006 10:03:58 PM
Brian H General I hear that some of the GP40FH's are being converted to having their long hood back, and take over for the three out of four SW1500's. If any engine should be "toosed" its those pieces of junk PL42AC. "Bring back the Comet I's!" and get rid of the comet V and it's ugly bi-loevel twin! 9/4/2006 2:48:43 PM
