CNJ 4-8-0C #434 - Central RR of New Jersey  Contributor's Pick!
Built by Alco-Brooks in 1899, this 12 wheeler camelback was an interesting configuration with the engineeM sitting in the center. Thanks to Daniel Pagdon's comment, the nickname "Mastodon" seems very appropriate! Date and location were not given. No photographer listed.
