One of the New Hope & Ivyland's dining cars trails the end of the two car regular excursion this day. Built in 1922 as Reading Company 1202, it is part of the fleet of coaches that NHIR acquired from the defunct Valley Forge Scenic Railroad in 1969. In 1983 this car was repainted into a P&R paint scheme as a commemoration of the Philadelphia & Reading Railway's 150th anniversary. |
