Description:  The train rolled in at 3:16 A.m., 2 hours and 15 minutes late. They had a freight led by UP 8789 and 3374 blocking Main Track 1 in the yard, so they had to bring the Eagle in on Main Track 2 to load and unload passengers at the Pedestrian Crossing. Site Contributor John Poshepny alerted me to the fact that Mista' Gov'na was leading the train tonight.

Description:  The WB #27 and EB #28 Portland sections of the EMPIRE BUILDER meet at Cooks (MP 65.4) on the ex-SP&S Fallbridge Sub. The recent delays on the BNSF Northern Transcon have resulted in meetings such as this, which even under the current Revised Schedule with additional padding, are not a normal occurrence. According to the Revised Schedule, the EB #28 is due in at Bingen-White Salmon (MP 75.5) at 3:16 PM, the WB #27 is just under 6 hours behind schedule, due in at Bingen-White Salmon at 9:34 AM. The consists were: the WB #27 had #185, #33042, #31008, #34085, and #32047 CANAVERAL; the EB #28 had #112, #33028, #31020, #34039, and #32115 WASHINGTON. EXIF: 3:17 PM, f/4.4 @ 1/200, ISO-100
