Description:  Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken at Potomac Yard in Alexandria, Virginia, during May of 1961. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4400, an E-44 (C-C) built General Electric in October of 1960 and rated at 4,400 horsepower. Partially visible at the left is PRR engine #4853, a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) built in Juniata during June of 1935 and rated at 4,620 horsepower. The road number of the P-5A (2-C-2) at the right is not recorded. (Tchowee"; #1 of 27)
