| Album Info: | Day 5 was half railfaning and half sightseeing. We departed from the Ponderosa Ranch early and followed the BNSF up to Edgemont South Dakota. We worked our way up the Black Hills to Rapid City where we were able to get some DME roster shots but somehow missed the Belle Forche train. We worked our way West overnighting in Gillette WY. We visited Mount Rushmore, Wind Cave NP, Crazy Horse Monument, Black Hills Central tourist RR, Deadwood SD., and Devils Tower National Monument. |
