Signal Aspect has changed from Meduim Clear to Limited Clear, Steady Red over Fl. Grn. (Note the Fl. grn. is dark) NORAC Rule 281c Proced at Limited speed until entire train clears all interlocking or spring switches, then proceed at Normal Speed. In CSS (Cab Signal System) territory with fixed automatic block signals, trains not equipped with opreative cab signals musty approach the next signal at Limited Speed. NS Train H-76, is at the Valley Road grade crossing, continuing east. "SULLY" is a CP. 70-300mm telephoto lens used. Note NS 4666 was formerly a GP 59 nee NS 4629 and was rebuilt into a GP 59 ECO, source RRPA and nsdash9.com NS Diesel Loco Roster. H-76 comes from Allentown, PA to Royce then returns to Allentown.
