Ok, here's MY first shots of NS on their newly acquired "D&H South Line" (formerly known as Canadian Pacific's East Region / Freight Subdivision).
287 was in the hole for a previous northbounder which we had just missed. I asked the 287 conductor - he said it was "28"
(28N?). But as someone else reported 28N on the Southern Tier Line about an hour earlier, I am not so sure of this info.)
Anyhow, 287 would also hold on the Oneonta siding for 22K, which was coming north/east.
